Sylvia -- good advice regaring the fact that bank owned and short sales are not always the best alternative. They certainly can be challening.
Thank you Joan. i think sometimes buyers get a false sense from the media or trumpting by other Realtors that REOs are the best deal, when in fact, that's not true. If the buyers only focus on REOs and/or Short Sales, they will be missing out on a lot of wonderful properties!

O.K. Jeff, you did not read my other blog - I retracted. Can't commit to that, and we don't have REOs coming on market every day. So, I decided I'd be silly if I ireally do it daily... I am going to update this blog and put a disclaimer (sorry to disappoint :-()
